Bia with Coconut Milk
Procedure:
Clean the bia, simmer is slowly for about a5 minutes in 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and the juice of 5 calamansi. Lay the fish on a platter and pour over it a gravy made from the stock in which it was cooked and one tablespoon of flour. The mixture is simmered until thick.
I’m into a strict diet and instead of eating fatty foods and meats, i’m into fish meats and fresh vegetables. I’m sick and tired of eating fish in a plain way. thats why I tried this Bia with Coconut Milk so simple and quick to prepare and it taste really delicious especially savoring the taste of coconut milk and the calamansi juice. try it and you’ll love it!
