Bago-ong Guisado Native

Bago-ong Guisado Native

4 tablespoons lard
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup bago-ong
2 tablespoons native vinegar

Procedure:

Heat lard. Add chopped garlic and fry until brown. Add bago-ong and stir. Add vinegar and sugar and simmer until done.
